DCES offers flexible healthcare plans, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, beginning on the first of the month coinciding with or following the date of hire for eligible employees. Our basic group term life insurance policy covers an amount equal to two times your basic annual salary, up to a maximum of $200,000. We also offer long-term and short-term disability coverage at no cost to eligible employees.
